- Polyclonal antibody for Adenosine Deaminase/Ada detection. Host: Rabbit.Size: 100μg/vial. Tested applications: ELISA. Reactive species: Mouse. Adenosine Deaminase/Ada information: Subcellular Localization: Cell membrane; Peripheral membrane protein; Extracellular side. Cell junction; Tissue Specificity: Detected in brain neurons in the median emninence (at protein level) (PubMed:8783262). Expressed in secondary deciduum (at protein level) (PubMed:9272950). Found in all tissues, occurs in large amounts in T-lymphocytes and, at the time of weaning, in gastrointestinal tissues.

- Handling
- Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.

- IHC analysis of ADA using anti-ADA antibody (A00866-1). ADA was detected in paraffin-embedded section of rat brain tissue. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in citrate buffer (pH6, epitope retrieval solution) for 20 mins. The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then incubated with 1μg/ml rabbit anti-ADA Antibody (A00866-1) overnight at 4°C. Biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The tissue section was developed using Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC)(Catalog # SA1022) with DAB as the chromogen.
