Western blot analysis of CLAC-P in stable HEK293 cell line expressing CLAC-P using CLAC-P antibody Cat.-No AP21699PU-N at 0.2 µg/ml. AP21699PU-N detects full-length CLAC-P protein (Lane 1: CLAC-P, cell lysate) and the secreted form of CLAC-P protein (Lane 2: CLAC-P, media). AP21699PU-N does not react with full-length or secreted forms of COLXIII protein (Lane 3: COLXIII, cell lysate Lane 4: COLXIII, media) or the COLXXIII protein (Lane 5: COLXXIII, cell lysate; Lane 6: COLXXIII, media), which are related.

Immunostaining of Floating Sections of neocortex of Alzeimer's disease (AD) brains (fixed with 10% formalin for 24 hrs, cut at 50 microns) using CLAC-P antibody Cat.-No AP21699PU-N at 2 µg/ml. At high magnification, the CLAC-P antibody stains senile plaques.
