- Western Blot analysis of SPTLC3 using a SPTLC3 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98858) at a concentration of 0.2 µg/mL. Lane 1: Mouse kidney tissue. Lane 2: U87 whole cell lysate. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:10,000 dilution. Observed band size: 63 kDa.
