- Immunoprecipitation: MYO18A Antibody [NB100-79840] - Detection of Human Myo18A/Myosin XVIIIA by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: RIPA whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Myo18A/Myosin XVIIIA antibody NB100-79840 used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. Myo18A/Myosin XVIIIA was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti- Myo18A/Myosin XVIIIA antibody NB100-79839, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
