- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects human CCL18/PARC in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich ELISAs, less than 0.1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) HCC-1, rhMPIF-1, rhMIP-1 alpha , recombinant mouse (rm) MIP-1 alpha , rhMIP-1 beta , rmMIP-1 beta , recombinant viral (rv) MIP-I, rvMIP-II, and rhMIP-1 delta is observed.
