- Immunofluorescent analysis of MYO19 showing staining in the cytoplasm of SK-N-SH cells. SK-N-SH cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at 37ºC for 30 min and stained using a MYO19 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-31992) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
