- Detection of Human TLE3 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line and HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Human/Mouse TLE3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5785) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for TLE3 at approximately 85 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.
