Experimental details

Total cell lysates (15 µg protein) were resolved by 4-12% Bis-tris gel electrophoresis and probed with 1 µg/mL purified anti-IKKγ (NEMO) antibody (clone W16070A) or competitors clone at the recommended concentration of the manufacturer. Proteins were visualized using the appropriate secondary antibody. Direct-Blot™ HRP anti-β-actin antibody was used as a loading control.
