Experimental details

Immunohistochemistry of beta-Defensin-4 staining in Paraffin section of peritonsilar abscess. Antigen retrieval was performed with Trypsin. The sections were incubated with AM02223PU (1/75) and detected using Histostain Plus Broad Kit.
