- Detection of Human Tiki2/TRABD2B by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line either mock transfected or transfected with human Tiki2/TRABD2B. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human Tiki2/TRABD2B Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1600) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Tiki2/TRABD2B at approximately 65 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
