- Untreated and PNGase F-treated lysates of human plasma tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66078-1-IG (alpha 1 Antichymotrypsin antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. Loading amount: 0.7 µL crude plasma was lysised for each lane. PNGase F was obtained from Atagenix (cat.NO. ata808).
