- Western blot was performed using Anti-Monoamine Oxidase B Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-28338) and a 58kDa band corresponding to Amine oxidase [flavin-containing] B was observed across the cell lines tested and tissues tested. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of U2OS (Lane 1), Hep G2 (Lane 2), SH-SY5Y (Lane 3), Jurkat (Lane 4), SK-OV-3 (Lane 5), Mouse Liver (Lane 6), Rat Liver (Lane 7), Mouse Testis (Lane 8), Rat Testis (Lane 9) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:4000) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).
