- CD11b/Integrin alpha M in Mouse Spleno-cytes. CD11b/Integrin alpha M was detected in immersion fixed mouse splenocytes using Rat Anti-Mouse CD11b/Integrin alpha M Biotinylated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAM1124) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the Northern-Lights™ 557-conjugated Streptavidin (red; Catalog # NL999) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
