Experimental details

Total cell lysate from human 293T cells (lane 1), HeLa cells (lane 2), and mouse NIH-3T3 cells (lane 3) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified monoclonal anti-IKBKB (IKKβ) antibody (clone W15160A). Proteins were visualized using an HRP Goat anti-mouse IgG antibody and chemiluminescence detection.
