- Immunohistochemistry was performed on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded pancreatic adenocarcinoma tissue sections. Heat-induced epitope retrieval was performed for 20 minutes in a cooker. Tissues were blocked and then probed with a Blood Group A Antigen monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-19693) at a dilution of 1:200 for 1 hour at room temperature. Tissues were washed extensively with TBST. Detection was performed using an HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG secondary detection reagent for 30 minutes, followed by DAB substrate. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and visualized by light microscopy. Data courtesy of the Innovators Program.
