BOSC23 cells were transiently transfected with anexpression vector encoding either ICOSL (red curve) or anirrelevant protein (control transfectant: black curve). Binding ofGM-13C1 was detected with a PE-conjugated secondaryantibody. A positive signal was obtained only with ICOSL trans-fected cells.
