- Western blot analysis using MAb to Toll-like Receptor 7 (human) (4F4) (Prod. No. ALX-804-654). Method: Ramos cell lysate (80µg) was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with MAb to Toll-like Receptor 7 (human) (4F4) (1:1'000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system. Arrow indicates TLR7 in human Ramos cells.
