- IGFBP-3 in Human Placenta. IGFBP-3 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human placenta using Mouse Anti-Human IGFBP-3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB305) at 8 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-AEC Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (red; Catalog # CTS003) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
