- Western blot analysis of AGS (gastric carcinoma) cells with ZNF148 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB19926). Serum starvation induces ZNF148 and p53 expression. AGS (gastric carcinoma) cells were cultured in serum-free F-12 medium for the indicated times, and western blots were used to detect the expression profiles of ZNF148, p53, and p14ARF. See Bai and Merchant (2001) for additional details.
