- Detection of Human FoxC1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line, NCI-H460 human large cell lung carcinoma cell line, and HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human FoxC1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6329) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for FoxC1 at approximately 60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
