- Expression of ZIP14 in mouse striatum. Immunohistochemical staining of perfusion-fixed frozen mouse brain sections with Anti-ZIP14 (SLC39A14) Antibody (#AZT-024), (1:300), followed by goat Anti-rabbit-AlexaFluor-488. A. ZIP14 immunoreactivity (green) appears in neuron profiles (arrows). B. Pre-incubation of the Antibody with ZIP14 (SLC39A14) Blocking Peptide (BLP-ZT024), suppressed staining. Cell nuclei are stained with DAPI (blue).

- Expression of ZIP14 in mouse cerebellum. Immunohistochemical staining of perfusion-fixed frozen mouse brain sections with Anti-ZIP14 (SLC39A14) Antibody (#AZT-024), (1:300), followed by goat Anti-rabbit-AlexaFluor-488. A. ZIP14 immunoreactivity (green) appears in neuron profiles (arrows) and diffusely in the molecular layer (MOL). B. Pre-incubation of the Antibody with ZIP14 (SLC39A14) Blocking Peptide (BLP-ZT024), suppressed staining. Cell nuclei are stained with DAPI (blue).
