- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat PP2C beta/PPM1B by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of CHP-100 human neuroblastoma cell line and A20 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat PP2C beta/PPM1B Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4396) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). Specific bands were detected for PP2C beta/PPM1B at approximately 53 and 36 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
