Experimental details

Total cell lysate from THP-1 cells (lane 1) or Jurkat cells (lane 2) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified monoclonal anti-C/EBPα (clone 16C12B70) antibody. Proteins were visualized using an anti-mouse-IgG secondary (cat#405306) conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
