- Detection of Human TRADD by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, and A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human TRADD Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2658) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for TRADD at approximately 34 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 4.

- TRADD in MCF-7 Human Cell Line. TRADD was detected in immersion fixed MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line using Goat Anti-Human TRADD Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2658) at 1.7 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
