- Detection of Human and Rat Fgr by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, Ramos human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, and NRK rat normal kidney cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat Fgr Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3207) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Fgr at approximately 59 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.
