Various whole cell extracts (30 ?g) and Rat tissue extracts (50 ?g) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with alpha Cardiac Muscle Actin antibody (GTX101876) diluted at a dilution of 1:10000.
